A fixed 9% a year, paid every month, for three years.
Cole Investment Fund LLC offers up to $5 million of Series A corporate bonds. The money is lent to its parent, Blear LLC, which buys, renovates and rents property in Enid, Oklahoma, and guarantees every payment.
How it works
You buy bonds from Cole Investment Fund LLC.
The Fund lends the proceeds to Blear LLC under a written note.
Blear LLC pays the interest and principal and unconditionally guarantees both.
The bonds and the guarantee are unsecured. Bondholders have no lien on any property.
