How to invest

Four steps from request to funding

1

Request the Private Placement Memorandum

Start by requesting the offering documents. We will send the PPM and related subscription materials to verified accredited investors.

2

Verify accredited-investor status

We verify your status ourselves from documents you provide: IRS forms showing income for the last two years, or bank, brokerage and credit-report statements dated within the last three months, or a FINRA BrokerCheck record showing a Series 7, 65 or 82 license. A letter from your CPA, attorney, broker-dealer or registered investment adviser is also accepted but not required.

3

Sign the Subscription Agreement and Investor Questionnaire

After your accredited status is verified, complete and sign the subscription documents that accompany the PPM.

4

Fund by wire or certified check

Make payment payable to Cole Investment Fund LLC. Always confirm wire instructions with us by phone at (863) 969-7790 before sending. We never change wire instructions by email.

What is an accredited investor?

An accredited investor meets at least one of these tests:

Net worth

$1,000,000+ (excluding primary residence).

Professional

Holds a Series 7, 65 or 82 license in good standing.

Entities

Total assets over $5,000,000, or all owners accredited.

This website is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities. Offers are made only by the Private Placement Memorandum of Cole Investment Fund LLC, under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D, to accredited investors whose status has been verified. The bonds are unsecured, illiquid and may lose value; the guarantee is only as good as the guarantor's ability to pay. Consult your own tax and legal advisers.
