A fixed 9% a year, paid every month, for three years.
Cole Investment Fund LLC offers up to $5 million of Series A corporate bonds. The money is lent to its parent, Blear LLC, which buys, renovates and rents property in Enid, Oklahoma, and guarantees every payment.
How it works
You buy bonds from Cole Investment Fund LLC.
The Fund lends the proceeds to Blear LLC under a written note.
Blear LLC pays the interest and principal and unconditionally guarantees both.
The bonds and the guarantee are unsecured. Bondholders have no lien on any property.

Have a capital gain to invest?
The managers also manage Cole Opportunity Zone Fund LLC, a separate equity fund that opens January 1, 2027: $50,000 minimum, a ten-year hold, and federal capital-gains deferral for eligible gains invested within 180 days of a sale. Its return target, terms and risks are at coleoz.com.
Cole Investment Fund LLC and Cole Opportunity Zone Fund LLC are separate companies with separate offering documents. Each offering is made only by its own Private Placement Memorandum to verified accredited investors. A subscription to one is not a subscription to the other, money invested in one is not used by the other, and neither fund guarantees the other. All Cole offerings: cole.fund.
